All meals are under 400 calories, portion controlled AND we have menus which change each week with no repeats for an entire year!


Deliveries are Mondays and/or Thursdays. There is an eight meal minimum (any combination of the below choices) with each order for each week.

  1. Cardamom Steamed Salmon on Green Bean and Zucchini Salad - sashimi grade salmon filet, green beans and zucchini cut into bite sized pieces delicately steamed with  served on a bed lettuce

  2. South of the Border Lime Marinated Chicken with marinated sweet potaot and vegetable- boneless chicken breast marinated in a zesty lime marinade, sauteed

  3. Couscous Antibes - pasta pearls tossed with the tastes from southern France, fennel, garlic, saffron with baby arugula and olives

  4. Baked Pork Chop with Roasted Vegetables - boneless pork chops roasted along side of baby bella mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes and potatoes

  5. Orange Vegetable Chicken Pasta - pasta and vegetables tossed with orange segments and topped with chicken

  6. Spanish Tuna and Potato Casserole - classic fisherman’s meal of bite sized pieces of tuna slow cooked with potato, onion, bell peppers kicked up with spicy pepper puree

  7. Cold Sesame and Vegetable Noodle Platter - a warm weather classic in the islands of the south pacific.  tofu, cauliflower, carrots, cucumbers and mung beans tossed with a slightly spicy sweet/salty sauce

  8. Braised Endive with Orange Basil Shrimp with hot potato salad - These flavors with transport you to the south of france. tender endive and shrimp lightly marinated in an orange garlic sauce, grilled and served with a warm potato salad.
