Deliveries are Mondays and/or Thursdays. There is an eight meal minimum (any combination of the below choices) with each order for each week.

For the week of May 25, here is the menu:
- Beef and Egglant with Blackbean Garlic Sauce served with Rice - bite size pieces of beef and eggplant stir-fried with spicy asian blackbean garlic sauce
- Coconut Crusted Salmon with Rice and Vegetable - salmon filets lightly crusted and roasted with coconut and a hint of cayenne pepper
- Grilled Spice Paste Pork Chop with Potato and Vegetable - center cut chops rubbed and marinated with our own spice paste and grilled to juicy perfection
- Chicken Fettucine with Spinach Peso Sauce - boneless chicken sauteed and combined with fresh spinach pesto tossed with fettucine noodles
- Grilled Tuna Pozzuoli with Roast Potato and Vegetable - inspired from the tiny town outside of Napoli on the Almafi coast. Grilled sashimi tuna topped with a sauce of lemon, garlic, basil, rosemary and anchovies
- Creole Pork Chop with Rice - slow simmered pork in a louisiana staple sauce of tomato, onion, celery and bell peppers with corn and pinto beans
- Calzones with Turkey Sausage and Tapenade - pizza dough pockets stuffed with turkey sausage, mozzerala cheese and black olive tapenade. Served with red sauce on the side
- General Tsao’s Chicken with Rice - our lighter version with of bite sized chicken tossed with a sweet and spicy coating, quick cooked with rice
