Ingredients:

  • Bacon - 200 g

  • Cheese - 200 g

  • Eggs - 2 pcs

  • Cream - 1 cup

  • Butter - 100 g

  • Almond (or coconut) flour - 2 cups

  • Baking powder – 1 ½ tsp

  • Chopped basil – 1 tbsp

  • Chopped jalapeno – 1 tbsp

  • Salt – 1/2 tsp

  • Greens - to taste

  • Ground pepper - to taste

Servings: 5

Preheat the oven to 360F. Beat a couple of eggs in a deep bowl, add butter, pour a cup of cream and beat until foamy. Sift flour through a sieve. Add salt, baking powder, and black pepper. Dice the bacon and cheese.

Pour the filling directly into the sifted flour. Add herbs, fresh or dried, basil, and jalapeno. Mix the flour with the mixture. Gradually pour the eggs whipped with cream there. Mix everything thoroughly so that the flour does not jam.

Get a mold for biscuits and sprinkle it with oil or flour inside. Both actions can be done at once for the best result. Put the mixture in the mold. Bake bacon and cheese biscuits in the oven at a temperature of 360 degrees for 30 minutes.

The aroma is very delicious! Try it yourself!
