Tandoori Style Chicken Recipe

Most people think that tandoori is a recipe. A tandoor is a large clay pot in which a hot fire is built. Marinated meats are lowered into the pot on long metal skewers and cooked. Normally meat is first marinated in yogurt.  Please do not let the chicken sit in the yogurt for more and a couple of hours. It becomes wooly. What are the therapeutic benefits of ginger? Below are examples of some scientific studies on ginger and its current or potential uses in medical treatment. Gluten Free Flourless Chocolate Cake

Ingredients CAKE 170g semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips 113g unsalted butter 149g granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 to 2 teaspoons espresso powder, optional 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional 3 large eggs 43g unsweetened cocoa powder, Dutch-process preferred GLAZE 170g semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chips 113g heavy cream Instructions Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8" round cake pan; cut a piece of parchment to fit, grease it, and lay it in the bottom of the pan.  See "tips," below. Makes 16 bars   INGREDIENTS: 1 stick vegan margarine, softened ¾ c. packed brown sugar 1 T. flax meal + 3 T. warm dairy-free milk 1 t. vanilla extract 1 ¼ c. gluten free flour blend 1 t. guar gum or 1 T. psyllium husk ½ t. salt ¾ c.  Enjoy Life Foods Dark Chocolate Morsels ¾ c.  Enjoy Life Foods Mega Chunks DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line an 8x8” baking dish with parchment paper and set aside. Add the vegan margarine and the brown sugar to a bowl and whip together with a hand mixer for 2-3 minutes. Add the flax meal and milk mixture and the vanilla and mix another minute. In a small bowl, stir together the gluten free flour blend, guar gum and salt. Add this to the margarine-sugar mixture and beat with hand mixture until well combined. Stir in the Dark Chocolate Morsels and Mega Chunks by hand and then scoop into the prepared baking dish. YaDa’s Egg Salad Recipe
