QUICK & EASY GLUTEN-FREE FRENCH TOAST RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

4 slices of your favorite Canyon Bakehouse gluten-free bread (Mountain White, 7-Grain or Cinnamon Raisin)
2 eggs
Splash of cream or milk
Splash of vanilla

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk eggs with cream (or milk) and vanilla in a bowl.
  2. Dip each piece of bread in the egg mixture to coat. Let it soak in well so you don't have any egg left over.
  3. Fry in coconut oil until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Serve with butter, seasonal fruit and whipped cream or your favorite french toast topping!
